Theses at the IfP (Institute of Psychology)

If you want to write your thesis at the Institute of Psychology, go to the websites of the respective chairs. There you will find information about the process and possible topics at the respective chairs.

Unfortunately, there is currently no uniform regulation. At some chairs you can start at any time and you have to approach the desired supervisor proactively, at other chairs there is an information event about theses once a semester. In case of doubt, however, it never hurts to simply write to the chairs.

It is also possible to write a thesis in cooperation with another institute. In this case, however, one of the supervisors must still be from the Institute of Psychology. The best thing to do is to ask the individual chairs whether they would theoretically be willing to supervise your Bachelor’s thesis.
